A couple of months back, I was giving Dan Benjamin a hard time on Twitter, claiming that someone replaced his avatar with a caricature of Cabel Sasser (of Panic fame). Dan replied, with a link to the source his avatar, which was supplied by the gang responsible for Happy Webbies.

Following reported shortages of iPhones by UK reseller O2 earlier this week, both the Apple Store in the US and UK "appear" to have run out of iPhones. It is probably best to say the outage is parenthetical at this time, because both the French and German stores still have stock.
Safari search extension Inquisitor has been picked up by Yahoo. Watanabe says that while he will help Yahoo further develop Inquisitor, he has not been hired by them. This is an interesting acquisition. Wonder what they're thinking of doing with it.
